Conflict Mediation

Conflict mediation services aim to support healthy emotional repair between colleagues, friends, roommates, lovers, and other parties who have experienced a rift too great to rebuild on their own. Services include:

  • Pre-mediation

    • Thirty minute-1 hour individual phone call with all parties to identify key needs and hopes

    • Coaching services to bring uncertain or reluctant parties to the table

  • Mediation

    • Acknowledgment of harm that has been experienced

    • Empathic listening to support repair between impacted parties

    • Development of plan moving forward with tangible action items to support care in communication

  • Post-mediation

    • Review and refinement of action plan

    • Skill-building amongst parties to support sustained connection in communication
